    Description

    You are bidding on a truly charming and sturdy Norwegian wool basket. These baskets, in the old days, sat by the spinning wheel holding the raw wool for spinning. Made of pine this basket contains no nails or screws but is all mortised together, then wood burned with traditional Scandinavian designs. Measuring 13 wide by 13 wide by 13 high it has a movable handle adding another 7 inches to its height.
    You will be more than pleased with this fine basket, which is signed by the artist. Wool and knitting needles are not included.
