    Description

Matte Cobalt Blue Ultramarine Powder Pigment - 1 oz
    Description
    A classic, basic blue pigment.
    Ingredients: Ultramarines (77007).
    Cosmetic Grade.
USA approved for use: Eyes, Face, NOT Lips.
EU approved for use: Lips, Eyes, Face.
Recommended for nail polish (pre-wet with alcohol) and soap making (stable and non-bleeding).
We offer several ultramarines. All cosmetic-grade ultramarines are lab-manufacturered from sulphur. As a result the product can develop a "sulphur" or "rotten egg" odor in various formulating conditions (typically it is related to the pH of the product where if you bring the product under 6 on the pH scale you will begin to notice an odor). Generally, this is only a problem with the Ultramarine Blue shades (not the pinks or violets).
Non bleeding color. Bright and vibrant. Water soluble. Our number one best selling color!

This product may speckle in mp soap. To lessen the speckling, mix well and do not over use.
    Recommended Use Level:
    MP Soap:
Add color to a small amount of liquid glycerin. Mix well. Then add amount desired to melted soap base. Adding more will produce a darker color. You have used too much color if your soap bubbles are not white.
