with wonderful Germanic accents with the
embossed Kaiser Seal. I have another Kaiser document of Wilhelm II and have seen them available but I have rarely/never come across Emperor Wilhelm signatures before.

Condition: Good, a few small creases, small tear in middle, some foxing and spotting throughout and signs of tape and residue on obverse.
Approx Measurements: 9 1/16: by 14 1/4"
