Perfect for lawn and turf maintenance on larger properties, this Spyker Ride-On Spreader will provide precise flow rates with a balanced spread pattern to cover a 12' wide path when spreading a range of materials all year long. You can spread seed, fertilizer, sand, and top dressing material on lawn and turf during the warmer months. During winter, it can be used to spread ice melt to ice-stricken areas. The extra-large single port rate gate enables larger materials to be used.
This ride-on spreader is powered by a reliable, long-lasting Honda single cylinder 4 cycle gas engine which has a maximum horsepower of 4.4 HP @ 3600 RPM and a recoil starting system.
Its large front and rear wheels have turf-safe treads making them ideal for use on lawn and turf because they will not leave tread marks. The wheel design makes it safer and easier to handle, while providing a smooth, comfortable ride even on hilly or uneven terrain.
The ground speed ranges from 0-6 MPH, with the top speed being suitable for quick transport. If you are driving forward, you can adjust the Speed Control Lever to "Application Speed", which should be set at 3 MPH for optimal spreading speed.
